The key for the smooth operation of all issues that occur and regard the entire apartment building is the management of revenues–expenses, the monthly management of revenues and expenses and the monthly preparation of a reserves statement. At the end of the management period, through the preparation of an annual balance sheet for the apartment building, the reserves are also transferred back, accompanied by the supporting documents for this year.
